Sam is Dockside Realty’s co-founder and owner. Sam and his mom Sherrie teamed up in 2006 to open the Dockside Realty Brokerage. A Pender Islander since 1981, Sam is a multiple MLS® sales award winner with a degree in Industrial Design and background in sales and marketing.
