Dale –

Coming from a large family and being the youngest of nine children has helped me understand the diverse needs of different clients, and the importance of approaching business with customer service as my #1 priority. I guess you could say real estate runs in the family; my husband of 20 years also works in the real estate industry on the development and construction side of things. This certainly came in handy when we bought our fixer-upper years ago. We keep busy with two Yorkies, Pebbles and Astro.

I was introduced to the real estate industry in 2000 when I began working for a real estate marketing firm. As much as I enjoyed it, I knew I wanted to get into buying and selling real estate.

In 2002, I wrote my real estate exam and became a licensed REALTOR® with my prime focus on hands-on customer service.

Matt –

Born and raised in Toronto, I’ve been a part of this beautiful city my entire life. Familiarity, passion and pride are all cornerstones in the way I run my business. Coming from a large European family where entrepreneurial spirits run strong, I learned at an early age the importance of understanding differing wants, needs and traits throughout the market.

Throughout the length of my career, I’ve had the honour of working hard toward acquiring an honours B.B.A. Degree and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship. My prior passion for competing in pre-professional sports has prepped me to stay focused, driven and hardworking in every aspect of my life. I also have a devotion to travelling, staying active, and forging strong relationships.

I began my real estate career in 2010 when I began working as a residential property manager. In 2012, I wrote my real estate exam and became a licensed REALTOR®️. I have since worked diligently to build up my own portfolio by buying and selling new and pre-construction condos, homes and townhouses for my clients, as well as myself.

I continue to serve my clients with the same morals, values, and passion that I’ve had throughout my entire career and look forward to helping individuals, couples and families find their forever home.
